1. Scope of Shipping
We do not sell or ship any physical products unrelated to healthcare.
Shipping is only applicable for:
- Donation receipts (if requested in hard copy).
- Health check-up reports, medical summaries, or test results (when opted for physical delivery).
- Healthcare-related packages, awareness materials, or other hospital-authorized items.
2. Delivery Method
- E-Receipts / E-Reports: Sent instantly to the registered email address at no additional cost.
- Physical Copies: Delivered through trusted courier/postal services, if specifically requested.
- Service Access: For appointments, health camps, and check-ups — confirmations are shared digitally (email/SMS) and not physically shipped.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Donation Receipts (Hard Copy): Dispatched within 7–10 working days.
- Medical Reports: Dispatched within 3–5 working days after test completion.
- Healthcare Materials: Timelines may vary based on availability and will be informed at the time of request.
4. Delivery Charges
- Digital Services: No delivery charges.
- Physical Shipments: Courier/postal charges (if any) will be borne by the recipient unless specified otherwise.
5. Delivery Areas
- Currently, delivery is limited to India only.
- International delivery requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may involve additional charges.
6. Undelivered Shipments
- In case of failed delivery (incorrect address, unavailability, etc.), the courier service will attempt re-delivery.
- If delivery fails repeatedly, the user will need to bear re-dispatch costs.
